Yes, we are already sold out! Yes, we have already ordered more and expect to have them back in stock by June 16.  Feel free to place an order now but they will not ship until the 16th or 17th of June. 

If you need international shipping, please send an email to info@sk-tours.com. We've done international shipping on and off over the years and we find it is incredibly expensive. We'd like to quote you shipping first and if you still want to make a purchase we can send an invoice.  Please keep in mind, in some countries, we are learning, you may need to pay a duty when the shipment arrives.  

This book has been years in the making, and we COULD NOT have done it without the keen eye and the inimitable skills of Paul Michael Kane of 19th Edition ~ photographer extraordinaire! 

Note: although these pictures indicate a very thick coffee table book, it is only about 52 pages.  These images are of the "Digital Rendering and Final Design May Vary" variety, which is pretty normal. We already know it won't change much, it just won't be quite as thick as these images indicate.
